Club Welfare
Our philosophy
Gymnast welfare is such a fundamental part of gymnastics. The sport is there to help children build confidence and learn something new! At RGA we aim to be gymnast centered and work with gymnasts to help them achieve their goals. Our coaches are contactable via email, Facebook, phone or in person if parents or gymnasts have any concerns or questions to ask.
Safeguarding
RGA have a commitment to safeguarding the welfare of all children and members in our club. We want all members to participate in gymnastics have a safe, fun, positive experience and are able to fulfil their potential.
British Gymnastics Safeguarding and Compliance policies can be found here: https://www.british-gymnastics.org/news-and-events/news/latest-news/6839-safeguarding-and-protecting-children
Our coaches are enhanced DBS checked, and complete regular safeguarding training and positive coaching courses as part of our qualifications.
